William “Bill” Allen Cooper, age 73, of Jacksonville, Arkansas passed away on October 19, 2026. He was born on May 9, 1953 in Little Rock, Arkansas to his parents Arthur and Isabelle Cooper.

Bill attended St Jude’s the Apostle Catholic Church in Jacksonville, Arkansas, and was a proud member of Teamsters Local 878. He loved and lived his life to the fullest and will be remembered by his family and loved ones for the life he lived and the memories he leaves behind.

He was preceded in death by his father, Arthur Melvin Cooper; his mother, Isabelle Malecek Cooper; his uncle, Ben Cooper; his aunt, Ceelee; his sister-in-law, Linda Kyzer Davis; and his father-in-law, Jimmy Kyzer.

Bill is survived by his wife, Jimmie Gail Cooper; siblings, Mark Cooper, Robert “Bob” Cooper (Lisa), Karen Jaworski (Paul), Kathleen Kremers, and Barbara Spellman (Kevin). He is also survived by his mother-in-law, Delolar Kyzer; sister-in-law Jeanna Whitley, Jimmy “Bubba” Kyzer (Theresa), and many nieces and nephews who will cherish his memory.

Bill will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him. May his memory live on in the hearts of those he leaves behind. God rest his soul.

A visitation will be held in the chapel at A Natural State Funeral service on Thursday, October 22, 2026 from 6:00PM to 8:00PM. The Funeral service will be held at St Jude’s the Apostle Catholic Church in Jacksonville on Friday, October 23, 2026, at 10:00AM.
